Job Description

Job Purpose:  

Lead Sales and Marketing activity for Anima, with key focus in getting work in India as well as overseas (thru web). He needs to understand the competencies, key offerings and target clients of Anima to be able develop marketing campaigns to identify prospective clients. The person should be professional, team-player, have ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines / targets with good experience in sales & marketing in media/Corporate industry. It would be preferred that the person has excellent contacts / network in Media/Corporate industry in India.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Understand the competencies, key offerings and target clients of Anima and develop marketing campaigns to identify prospective clients.
• Following directions, roadmaps / targets defined by the Business Development Manager.
• Build excellent contacts / network in Media/Corporate industry in India, especially in Nasik, Mumbai & Pune.
• Research / prioritize prospects based on defined parameters, cold calling, arranging meetings / studio visits, etc.
• Maintain the prospective client contact log and publish relevant MIS for management.
• Build and maintain good working relationships; and do regular follow-up with potential and existing clients.
• Organize marketing and PR related events.
• Research and develop thorough knowledge of competitors' services; analyze market / consumer trends.
• Monitoring websites publishing overseas work in VFX/Animation (e.g. Elance, etc.); and co-ordinate bidding of relevant work.
